  • Cash on Delivery is available in specific cities and may include additional charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3 to 7 business days (some cities may take longer).
  • Urgent delivery is available only in Bahawalpur.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, third-party logistics, or natural disasters.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • New and unused articles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, report it within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
