Exchange And Return Policy:

Hobby strives for customer satisfaction. The policy written below applies to all products purchased online via our website.

  • The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return.
  • All products/items purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days under the conditions mentioned below:
  • The product/item received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size at the time of delivery.
  • The product or item does not match the original specifications.

Refunds:

Please read the following procedure for refunds/exchanges carefully to avoid any confusion!

  • After approval, the company will refund your amount through your bank.
  • You will be credited for product(s)/item(s) cost only.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing.

Articles purchased on “SALE” are not exchangeable/refundable.

NOTE: Free delivery is only applicable one time. If you miss your order delivery, redelivery charges will apply.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method.

Order Cancellation:

  • The order can be canceled by the customer at any time before it is processed.
  • Once the order is shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply.
  • Hobby reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to any necessary condition and will not be liable for damages due to non-fulfillment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is posted).
  • Next, contact your bank (some processing time is required).

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@hobbyofficial.com and send your item to:
